Everything almost brand new, modern, very clean and in very good condition. Airco in the room. The kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned every day and the rooms every fe - Before our arrival we got informative e-mails how to find the place and they were very helpful. Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square. Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up
