The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided. The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel. The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily stai in Hotel

I highly recommend this BandB as it within walking distance of St Marks Sq and the Rialto. - Absolutely the best BandB I've stayed in. The rooms are massive. I would stay here again and again. This is the best value for money in all of Venice.
