Very close to S.Marco's and easy to find. Staff very helpful. Hotel really nicely renovated, clean, cosy and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered to our room without extra charge, which was heaven ! Da vi skulle sjekke inn fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var overbooket, og at vi fikk et rom på et annet hotell/innkvartering. Vi var blitt oppgradert til et bedre rom. The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.
