The service here was excellent. Welcoming drink was nice and turn down service at night was a nice surprise. Staff was very helpful and courteous and made us feel welcome and safe. Very well situated with rooms well styled although a bit small. The dining room was excellent and staff most helpful. Beautiful since being renovated especially dining room and bar areas. Bathrobes suppllied lovely touch but would be nice if bottle of water was left in room.

I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.

It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had.
