Giulia, the lady who runs the place is very warm and friendly and willing to help with booking anything to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are lovely, with that little B and B charm. The wi-fi was good (once we got it to work in our room which didn't take long). There's a nice little courtyard you can sit in (not that we got to in 3 days of non-stop rain). Also a nice little room with tea/coffee and biscuits etc if you need an afternoon pick me up. Breakfast is at a coffee bar not far away.
alle vurderinger » Helpfull and very polite staff, nice and well equipped renovated appartament with provided daily cleaning, small shared kitchen with non-stop coffe availability (without any charges), terrace for smokers ... good location within walk distance to the city centre (10-15 mins.), possibility to park the car in the nearby garage for reasonable fee (20,- EUR/day). The staff was so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was proactive in offering direction around the city and he spotted to me the attractions. They offer unlimited free coffee and tea. The room was very clean with double bed, bar and hairdryer. Compared to what I paid, I'm more than satisified. I had a single room/bed as it was just me. The room was very comfortable and clean. Private bath was nice. The patio yard was lovely and i appreciated being able to make myself a cup of coffee when i got back. It was an easy 15 minute walk to S.M. Novella. Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable, safe, and the price totally worth it. Giulia was very helpful, gave me information about the transportation and places to visit. I totally recommend it. Room was great, coffee making facilities and excellent outside sitting area. 20 minutes to centre of Florence and all attractions. quiet area. Breakfast supplied by local Cafe. Pleasant staff and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy and benefited from an adjacent shared kitchen area where you can make tea or coffee. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful to us; we'd definitely go back. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I also liked the small breakfast they arranged. Location was good and walking distance to the main train station and other sites within Florence. Very friendly staff, nice room (we stayed in the quintiple room), very clean. Not far from historical centre, some 15 minutes on foot and there are also buses that go really often. The staff, Guilia, was very kind and helpful. The location was close enough to the center of the city for us to approach there. Clean and tidy room. Great staff, very accommodating. The patio and the extra services available were great. We like every thing! Very dood service and lovely place!. So nice hotel, I would like to return there. really simple breakfast outside of the building (small bar within 3 mins. walking distance). The downside here, is that the breakfast is served by a partner cafe on the street corner. I didn't try the breakfast becasue I was lazy to go the other direction of the street - where the cafe is - for the breakfast. Nothing. A bit noisy at night, but that is all I could think of:). The room separation (wall) was a little thin and neighbour's voices and noises were clearly heard. Some bugs were in the blankets?. Just a little to far from central Florence. Parking almost impossible to find at night. Bus only drive to the train station, there is still a long way to walk to the museum.
