The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. It was walking distance to the centre of Florence, and had some nice restaurants nearby.
Especially friendly and helpful host, we got very good suggestions and recommendations for sightseeing, felt good and comfortable.

the noise in the street as the bedrooms was directly on the street :(.
Location is not so close to historical city center, our room was a bit poor, wifi doesn't work in room.
The breakfast was not enough at all. I think, the value of breakfast was
about 1 euro.
The heater system turned off...
