  We were there for a long weekend, racing at the Mugello circuit. The hotel is extremely well situated, a bus station just nearby the hotel to go to Florence and the scenery is splendid. Staff very pleasant and helpfull, rooms good size with nice view on Florence. Good restaurant!   Originally booked the mobile home units which did not suit our needs at all so we upgraded to a cabin which was perfect. The lady at the office was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The facilities at the site were spotless and the whole place is lovely. They have a restaurant with good food. There is a shuttle bus that will take you into... hva folk sier » Fiesole and you can easily catch the no. 7 bus to Florence or a hop on- hop off bus from there. - Lovely camping with great views to Florence. The mobile homes are small but enough for a couple. The camping is quiet so is great if you want to rest. Is only 10 minutes far by car from Florence.

  beliggenhet - The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They arranged for a car and driver to meet me at the airport and were able to answer all of my questions during my stay. The location was perfect for my needs and Florence was easily accessible via the #7 bus right outside the door.   The Bencista is a fabulous old villa up in the hills of Fiesole with breathtaking views of Florence. It is a wonderful, quiet retreat from long days of sight-seeing. It is a short walk to the bus stop to catch the #7 bus into town (20 min) or a €25 cab ride (recommended for luggage). We had good wi-fi in our room as well as around the building. Breakfast (include - It is so quiet at night and cooler than Florence. Dinner on the terrazza overlooking Florence. The antique everything. What better than a stay in a Medici Villa for a visit to Florence! You can buy bus tickets right there and hike up to the road to catch a bus. Nice 20 min walk to Fiesole, or you can take the bus. Coffee on the Terrazza next to the Aurora Hotel in Fiesole is great too. There is no A/C but the large ceiling fan was sufficient. No TV, but who has time to watch tv with all the stu
