The walk into the town is though is steep and would be difficult for
man -
We had a charming room with a Lakeview patio that we loved. The
breakfast was amazing with a variety of homemade pastries as well as
the usuals. The owner was great, she was a real character, lots of fun
and she obviously takes a lot of pride providing a clean, comfortable
place to stay. It's a bit out of the town but we loved that,
exploring was fun and I think we saw parts of the area that those
staying in town would miss. Everything was very quaint and perfect.

We loved the location, at the top of the street directly to the lakeside.
Gaia is an amazing host! Welcoming and friendly, and gave us some great ideas of places to visit in the area.
The location is simply stunning, and the views spectacular.
Local wi-fi points are close by, which makes up for the lack of internet access in the apartment.

The hotels/apartments in the area are expensive so you get what you pay for really, it was basic in terms of luxury but reminded us of a quirky loft/apartment that an artist would live in, the lay out is a little different to a one bed flat in UK so we found it nice. Owner Giulio is just fantastic! He greeted us with wine and plate of cheese and pizza selection. He owns also a really nice bar and mini buffet restaurant where he extends his hospitality. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, at the main pedestrian street, there is no better location in Bellagio. I highly recommend both the apartments (which are very spacious) and Bellagio. Bellagio is great place for those who ate looking for convenient site seeing location, but also nice restaur

We stayed on the top floor apartment in October. Given the time of year we were spared the noise from the Princess Bar that some of the other reviewers mentioned. The owner was very sweet and made every efforts to make us feel comfortable despite not speaking English. Simona her employee came to greet us shortly after our arrival and made us aware of everything we needed to know. She was very willing to answer all our questions. The place was perfect both in its location and amenities. The view is amazing!

We stayed at the Casa La Rosa for eight nights, it was comfortable, convenient and clean. Good views of lake Como, and our host, Marco, was well organised and made us very welcome.
It was a 10 minute walk to town downhill, coming back was a little bit tougher, but it was good exercise.
We enjoyed our time in Bellagio and would stay at Casa la Rosa again.

Location!! Situated within a 5 minute walk from the ferry pier, the location is spot on and so easy to find! Within a minute you are amongst the charming up and down streets of Bellagio. The town is small and everything accessible from this one apartment. The apartment is beautiful and makes the perfect base. The couple who own it are extremely helpful and give plenty of info on arrival!!Visit Villa Melzi on a sunny day...simply stunning! Bellagio is beautiful. I will be back!

Very friendly and helpful. Handing over of keys was not complicated. Very nice view of the lake from a few steps above the apartment. Only 5 minutes by car to Bellagio. Apartment was very clean and comfy. I would definitely go there again. It was a very nice stay and i can only recommend this.
