through to the courtesy shuttle back to the ferry departure. While the
property is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and the latter
stages are uphill, we enjoyed the location because of the other

The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. the views from the balcony were beautiful, and the hotel is well decorated. the room was clean and comfortable (not large but big enough) and the bathroom well equiped, new and clean. the staff were very helpful. the location is perfect as it is a short walk to the bellagio centre and you can chose to walk through the majestic gardens just below the hotel to get to the bellagio centre instead of walking on the road. the breakfasts were a hi

better: directly on the waterfront promenade in the very center of town.
Naturally, this means immediate access to all the shops and restaurants.

Delightful hotel in a great position, right in front of ferry terminal in Bellagio. Reception staff very well informed and helpful as were the upstairs staff. Restaurant adjoining was good quality and well priced if you wanted to eat nearby. Hotel had everything we required for a comfortable stay including WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

Our room was a good sized room for four people (two adults, two kids 9 and 11). We were traveling by car. Parking place was big and safe. This is a lovely hotel located within a ten minute walk of the marina in Bellagio from which you can catch the ferry across/around the lake. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We had a quiet room with lovely large windows.
Reception was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area, providing answers to all of our questions in English. Breakfast was served in a large cheerful room with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts and pastries. A really good start to the day

Loved the location. Very close to where the ferry docks. Easy access to all shopping and restaurants. Our room for three was pretty spacious. Giacomo, Marcello and Michael were very helpful in guiding us to restaurants and sites. The continental breakfast was awesome! It was a small, local hotel...just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip!
