The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and very well positioned right in the centre of shops and restaurants. Our window looked out over the roof.Flavio, the landlord was very helpful. The apartment was great & well appointed to look after yourself. While Bellagio is small, it is located in the middle, close to everything! We were running late due to a missed train connection & didn't have a mobile number to contact Flavio or Sylvia. It was raining when we eventually got there & were very happy (& relieved) to find Sylvia waiting outside for us to arrive! Really appreciated & would recommend Il Borgo.

Wonderful place ! Located at the heart of town , clean rooms with view to the lake. Service extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my sister for 2 nights , owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs including making phone calls to find our lost luggage and carrying it to our rooms ..., letting us use her computer and giving helpful advice on how to travel and get around the area . Amazing hospitality , highly recommended ! We will defiantly come back next time around . Great

Location!! Situated within a 5 minute walk from the ferry pier, the location is spot on and so easy to find! Within a minute you are amongst the charming up and down streets of Bellagio. The town is small and everything accessible from this one apartment. The apartment is beautiful and makes the perfect base. The couple who own it are extremely helpful and give plenty of info on arrival!!Visit Villa Melzi on a sunny day...simply stunning! Bellagio is beautiful. I will be back!

Absolutely everything. Bruno was simply the best host you could wish for. His local knowledge is second to none, helping us with our journey to Milan which was a simple ferry plus train trip away. Our room was newly updated, and had air conditioning. The smell of croissants baking in the morning was our wake up call.
Travelling to Bellagio by ferry is a short and delightful way to get around, and only made the stay more romantic. If there was a next time I would want to be here for a much longe

We had a charming room with a Lakeview patio that we loved. The
breakfast was amazing with a variety of homemade pastries as well as
the usuals. The owner was great, she was a real character, lots of fun
and she obviously takes a lot of pride providing a clean, comfortable
place to stay. It's a bit out of the town but we loved that,
exploring was fun and I think we saw parts of the area that those
staying in town would miss. Everything was very quaint and perfect.

Great staff. Great restaurant downstairs well priced to boot. These are apartments with kitchenettes. The room (no 6) has views from the room over lake Como. Just wonderful. This is in the top 2 favourite places that we stayed in this whole trip. Looking forward to returning.

We just loved everything about Antico Pozzo.
The view of the lake and mountains from every window was stunning. The location was excellent. Close to the ferry port and right in the centre of shops and restaurants.
The room seemed newly refurbished. It was so well
designed, clean and well appointed.
It felt like our home and we were reluctant to leave Antico Pozzo and Bellagio.

Loved the location. Very close to where the ferry docks. Easy access to all shopping and restaurants. Our room for three was pretty spacious. Giacomo, Marcello and Michael were very helpful in guiding us to restaurants and sites. The continental breakfast was awesome! It was a small, local hotel...just what we were looking for. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for a family of four. The owner, Ornella, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Fred gave us a quick tour of the area, showing us where the supermarket and other facilities were. Ornella also did some washing for us, saving a trip to the laundromat.
