  This place was absolutely amazing! We arrived in Bellagio and had lunch in a restaurant on the dock side. When we asked the best way to get to the b&b the restaurant called the staff at the b&b and they dispatched the shuttle bus to come and collect us. After driving the 5km up the hillside to the b&b we were met with the most stunning... hva folk sier » apartment we have ever stayed in. We had the suite with a private gate and very big patio area in addition to a large balcony... Both of which had to - Absolutely loved the stunning view across the lake from the balcony of our room.... just happy to sit sipping wine and watching the sun go down and the lights come on across the water. The ever changing colours of the lake were amazing. The hotel is in a beautiful position that gives you an elevated view down towards Bellagio but also across the water. Just stunning. The rooms themselves were nicely decorated, the large bed faced the sliding doors and it was perfect waking up and laying in

  Our room was a good sized room for four people (two adults, two kids 9 and 11). We were traveling by car. Parking place was big and safe. Easy to drive to the hotel, right where the road to the mountain starts. Great views over the lake on the mountain! Walk to the town was fare, only 10 minutes, not too hilly. Nice pizza restaurant on the way. Lo... hva folk sier » t of mountain bikers stayed at the hotel and they left early in the morning, so it was a peaceful place to stay. Tennis court in front of our room's b - This is a lovely hotel located within a ten minute walk of the marina in Bellagio from which you can catch the ferry across/around the lake. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We had a quiet room with lovely large windows. Reception was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area, providing answers to all of our questions in English. Breakfast was served in a large cheerful room with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts and pastries. A really good start to the day
