through to the courtesy shuttle back to the ferry departure. While the
property is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and the latter
stages are uphill, we enjoyed the location because of the other

First and foremost, one has to say the location can't get any
better: directly on the waterfront promenade in the very center of town.
Naturally, this means immediate access to all the shops and restaurants.
The front desk, dealing with several different people, was exceptionally
friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable,

Delightful hotel in a great position, right in front of ferry terminal in Bellagio. Reception staff very well informed and helpful as were the upstairs staff. Restaurant adjoining was good quality and well priced if you wanted to eat nearby. Hotel had everything we required for a comfortable stay including WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Absolutely loved the stunning view across the lake from the balcony of our room.... just happy to sit sipping wine and watching the sun go down and the lights come on across the water. The ever changing colours of the lake were amazing.

Great staff. Great restaurant downstairs well priced to boot. These are apartments with kitchenettes. The room (no 6) has views from the room over lake Como. Just wonderful. This is in the top 2 favourite places that we stayed in this whole trip. Looking forward to returning.

We just loved everything about Antico Pozzo.
The view of the lake and mountains from every window was stunning. The location was excellent. Close to the ferry port and right in the centre of shops and restaurants.
The room seemed newly refurbished. It was so well
designed, clean and well appointed.
It felt like our home and we were reluctant to leave Antico Pozzo and Bellagio.

Wonderful place ! Located at the heart of town , clean rooms with view to the lake. Service extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my sister for 2 nights , owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs including making phone calls to find our lost luggage and carrying it to our rooms ..., letting us use her computer and giving helpful advice on how to travel and get around the area . There are a lot of reviews regarding the host - we liked the guys! Yes, they maybe are not very very open to you, but they are very polite, friendly, helpful. We had several situations when we had to consult them and when we needed their help - everything was just great! We would recommend the hotel to everyone!

we booked a room with part view and was the last one as Bellagio gets very booked in the summer. I emailed and asked if we could have an upgrade if a lake view became available as it was my 50th birthday and to my surprise when we got there we had the best room in the hotel. the views were the most fantastic site I've ever seen and well worth the extra cost but be prepared its very expensive every where. staff were very friendly and helpful. it was clean and a lovely terrace for breakfast.

Superbly located on water's edge with magnificent outlook over the
lake to the western shore. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was
very spacious (two rooms plus excellent bathroom) with lake view. Staff
were pleasant and helpfull with no trace of pretension or snobbishness.
Dinner in Mistral restaurant, while expensive, was superb and good
value. As a bit of a splurge, Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni really
delivered and is on our bucket-list for a return visit!

The walk into the town is though is steep and would be difficult for
man -
We had a charming room with a Lakeview patio that we loved. The
breakfast was amazing with a variety of homemade pastries as well as
the usuals. The owner was great, she was a real character, lots of fun
and she obviously takes a lot of pride providing a clean, comfortable
place to stay. It's a bit out of the town but we loved that,
exploring was fun and I think we saw parts of the area that those
staying in town would miss. Everything was very quaint and perfect.
