The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect. We loved the setting and the luxurious feel of the entire compound.The sunsets, the views, and the accommodations were all amazing. Wecan't say enough about the saltwater pool with its own extraordinaryviews. The staff was extremely attentive, considerate, andinformative. The breakfasts were healthy and delicious and were agreat start to every day.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
