Hyggelige eiere av hotellet, god service men ikke helt topp renhold. Ikke helt topp vedlikeholdt i forhold til prisen. - Helpful, friendly staff and the pick up service from the ferry really helped. The staff gave good recommendations on places to visit, helped with car rental, drinking water, and walking to town. Altogether a good place to stay.

The staff could not have been more attentive and the accommodation was of a very high standard. The pool was lovely and the room was large and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast had more varied selection than some others we have been to in Greece. Fantastic coastal views!

The staff could not do enough for us. They picked us up from airport and took us to the port for a ferry crossing. I cannot praise them enough. tHe hotel is in a fab location with wonderful views across Ornos bay and towards mykonos town

I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level. It is highly competitive too. What makes the Sigal stick out is the unassuming nature of your hosts, all members of the same lovely family who are always cheerful and overtly helpful without straying into the poncey attendant type operation that Santorini seems to have sprouted in abundance. The owner and his mother were so helpful with anything we needed and fun too. The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it.
The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!!
The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well.
