We stayed at the Medusa Resort one week in September and we really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we got an room upgrade and had a nice room with a big balcony! The hotel is located directly on the beach (I think this is the only hotel in Plaka which is directly on the beach without the sand round between hotel and beach). The staff were really helpful, and right from the moment we booked the hotel they got in touch by email to find out when we were arriving, send pictures, and offer suggestions on how to get to the hotel.
The hotel was located right by the beach (you couldn't really get much closer!).
The hotel provided breakfast, and had a restaurant for dinners.

The staff are lovely and helpful. As an example; my arrival was delayed due to an Athens international flight controllers strike, so I could arrive until the next day. However the staff changed my reservation without charge. Unfortunately Blue Star Ferries took my money and were not understanding at all.

Staff was very helpful, picking us up to and from the airport and helping with our baggage. Breakfast was extensive and food from the restaurant at hotel was absolutely delicious and affordable. Room was comfortable and on the doorstep of one of my favourite beaches.

Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

The hotel has great service with excellent staff, they made us feel like home. Any request was always taken seriously and actioned.
Our package was with a transfer, but due to some communication gap, we paid the limo. The lady at the reception next day asked us what we had paid, and without even our asking, she handed the cash back to us.
