  Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets. Duvets and pillows are down but not a problem for my feather all... hva folk sier » ergy. Spa on top floor is interesting, rather exposed so not for use by the bashful. Very pleasant and efficient reception staff. Incredibly well plac - It would be impossible to list what I loved about the Axel; I've searched to find something that could be improved, but the rooms, the location, the decor, the dedication fo the regitry staff to help in every way..are all outstanding. I had some shower problems with the hotwater, and both times, the young man at the desk came almost immediately to resolve the problem...and did so, graciously.and efficiently.   The room was very nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Berlin - Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent - such a range of foods to choose from. All the staff were very efficient.

  This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. There is also a bar in the hotel, which is open till reasonably late and which serves great cocktails and also has a wonderful selection of high-quality ... hva folk sier » drinks (German fruit brandies, whiskies etc.). The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well. - I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... hva folk sier » Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very he - Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.
