  Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. Room was serviced daily - no matter what time we left the room which was great. I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.

  I appreciated very much the kindness of the Landlady Miss Sybille who went out of her way in order to be helpful. She gave me all the information I needed in order to move around Berlin and the last morning of my stay she even cooked a 'personalised' breakfast for me. The U-Bahn station Ernst Reuter Platz is about 300 metres away. Absolu - This must be the friendliest & best value for money pension in Berlin. Ideally situated for a city break, close to Tegel airport & just 20 mins on the underground to the city centre. The host is very friendly & attentive & spent a great deal of time helping me plan my visit & sightseeing. Breakfast was superb. If I ever visit Berlin again, this would be the place I would stay!

(You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.
