The hotel is situated on a side street off the Ku'Damm. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars. Plus, public transportation and tour buses are close by. I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was
stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in
our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm
and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very
modern. A very good value for money.

Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. No access to public, which was good and safe. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were very helpfull 24/7. Will visit again

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
