  The staff were helpful. The room No 608 was bright, clean and welcoming. The hostel was convenient to city centre. For value for money it was very good.   Good, clean hotel. Simple and just perfect what I needed after a long flight. Staff helped to get WI-FI to work and was good trained in English - a good hotel , located front of ice Hockey Dome near airport Dusseldorf . Very clean and staff friendly, breakfast Delicious.

  We liked hospitality and friendly atmosphere in the Artus Hotel. People of the Artus Hotel were very helpful. They did everything to make our stay in the hotel comfortable and we were given all information and help we needed.
