A very stylish and comfortable apartment in a convenient location with a nice restaurant downstairs. Apartment administrator Ilya is a really nice guy - met me for a late check in, showed me around the city in his spare time and suggested some good restaurants and pubs to visit. Overall, a great experience!.

Location, price and comfort.
The only downside is that no cleaning service occured during the three nights we've stayed.
Some nightime noise from people returning from town, but not enough to really disturb us.
Room was not cleaned on arriving but it was done fast when complained. No clear instructions on written neather verbal to where return keys when leaving.
-Staff was unprepared for guests in apartment.
Shower was disgusting!!!!!!! Nightclub was too close to the hotel....at night was really loud!.
