Wonderful little house we got to stay in. We arrived 2 1/2 hrs early (my mistake) and they checked to see if our room was clean. The couple returned to say that they put us in the little house in the yard area. My 16yrold son and I loved the little rooms. If we were a few more it would be tight-squeeze-but that would be workable also. -

The villa is placed in the perfect retreat: a quaint residential area, extremely green and quiet, with beautiful scenery. A walk around the neighbourhood gives you a glimpse of the peaceful life of the dwellers of Tartu. The view is very pretty and the rooms are clean and welcoming, if maybe rather small and simple. We visited Tartu before Christmas. There wasn't Christmas market on weekdays so that was disappointment. But our cosy apartment wasn't! There was bit cold inside apartment this time of year but we were using fireplace both on the evenings and mornings. Nice atmosphere and good service as well. I am fond of cleanliness and this place met my expectations all the way. The location, very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable and most up to date but pleasantly rustic interior made it a wonderful place to stay at. Definitely recommend!
