  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Vi var kjempefornøyd med hotellet da dette var nytt i mars 2008. Har aldri bodd på så flott 4 stjerners hotell før. Hotellet lå direkte i forbindelse med kjøpesenter og metro litt utenfor sentrum. Det eneste minus var at svømmebassenget og treningsstudioet ikke hørte til hotellet, men i kjøpesenterdelen. - At personalet var imøtekommende å svært hy... hva folk sier » ggelige å hjelpsomme om det skulle være noe vi lurte på.

  The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus. The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. - Excellent pool, kids loved to swim and I could do laps.   The hotel is in a great position for the airport but also for direct tram connections to the city centre. The bar sells excellent hot food well into the evening and the luggage room allows you to leave cases on the day of departure. For motorists it is in an ideal location for coming to Prague with excellent parking.   Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.
