  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. - Excellent pool, kids loved to swim and I could do laps.   Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Staff is polite. W... wat mensen zeggen » i-Fi internet connection is available in the room (but sometimes it is very poor). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.

  heel lieve mensen en zeker de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is te benadrukken! - Het personeel was 24 uur per dag beschikbaar en erg beleefd en behulpzaam. De appartementen waren zeer ruim. Het ontbijt was elke dag goed verzorgd: broodjes, toast, divers beleg, ontbijtgranen, fruitsalade, vruchtensap, etc. Na melding van geluidsoverlast reageerde het h... wat mensen zeggen » otel direct en correct. We kregen uiteindelijk zelfs compensatie en een ander (groter) appartement aangeboden.
