We stayed for 2 nights after doing Sail Croatia for 7 days. The owners were very friendly offering to pick us up from the port, offering a drink on arrival and, noticing that we had been travelling, provided a washing basin so we could clean some clothes. What a wonderful place made even more enjoyable by the warmth and friendliness of Velco & Katica. Velco collected us from the bus station and had no problems with an early check-in. We stayed in the apartment - room 1. For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

Friendly owners, very helpful, who made us feel at home. Neat rooms as shown in the pictures. Very nice view from the terrace! Location is perfect, 5min from the supermarket and 10min from the beach. I would strongly recommend this accomodation to other people!

What a great little find! The rooms had everything you could ask for - kitchen, TV, outside area, air con and even a washing machine! The apartment was small but really had everything you need and was very homeley.

The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

Tatjana is very sweet; she drove me to the bus station when I left and offered me breakfast in her apartment one day. She would have picked me up when I arrived at the ferry but we didn't connect then. Bit of a walk from the ferry terminal with luggage but ask her to pick you up and she will. I didn't have a mobile phone with me, later used Skype.

The accommodation was great. The room was clean, had a nice balcony and a fully functioning air conditioning. We stayed on the second floor where the wifi signal and speed were good. The nearest (very clean) pebble beach was a 10 min walk from the apartment (take the road between the hotel Supetrus buildings). The town is a 15 minute walk.
The villa is indeed located next to a steep road with no pavements but there is an alternative route to town.

We had a one bed apartment with a balcony which was a great size and amazing value for money. Whilst rustic in style it was very clean and well presented. Definitely worth the money and better than many 3-4* accommodation that we have stayed in around the world. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel was facing the harbour with beautiful views of sailing boats from the room window.
The hotel is just across the bridge from the mainland and prices are significantly cheaper for food & drink, yet you get to the centre in 5 minute walk.
Parking was a squeeze but they accommodated us so that was a bonus.

Veldig bra sandstrand i umiddelbar nærhet av leiligheten.
Det er fin sand (ikke steiner) samt langgrunt som gjør stranden ideell for både store og små.
Man kan leie pedalbåt, motorbåt, paraglide, kjøre bananbåt og leke på vannskliere og vanntrampoliner. Alt koster penger, men alt dette ligger bare 200m fra leiligheten.

Lady who owned the apartment was very friendly and helpful and she speeks good english as well. Room was clean and nice, bathroom and kitchen functional, even the kitchen was quite narrow.

Very close to the main promenade/restaurants/street shopping/port. Enroute is a very handy internet cafe. Felt very safe. Both train and main bus station are only 10-15 minutes away. Information office is also near by. Owner lives next door and is very open to suggestions to improve apartment.

Greet location. Right next to the station. Go onto the platforms and you'll see the apartments over the other side of the station. You can walk across the platforms to gain access. The apparents look very new. The one we stayed in (no 9) was a twin bedded. But truthfully was only big enough for a single. It was very small. Bathroom well appointed

He was very nice and gave us some suggestions for eating and sightseeing
in Split. Rooms are clean. We told Simoni we were on our honeymoon and
he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a bigger room than we
originally had. We left to Hvar for the night and we left our luggage
which was locked in a room near the reception.

The location was fantastic. Apartment overlooking the sea. Quiet location but with really good facilities, good restaurants and bakery. People were friendly. Hvar was stunning town. Not too busy in September. Lots to see a do or just relax.
