The hotel is very neat and the atmosphere is great. Personal speaks a good English and if helpful to everyone. It is possible to order a taxi via hotel or they offer the "pick up" service at every railway station for free. Rooms are very nice and nicely designed. It is calm and relaxing place. The staff was quite helpful with directions and communication was right
from the start (before my arrival). Prices were fair (they did not rip
you off with towel rental, pick-up service or to wash clothes, like
other places I've seen in China) and the place was very easily
accessible to the train station and the downtown area - just a few
minutes walking. Excellent location and value for the money. Highly
recommended!

1) As a family (2 adults & 2 children) we had a deluxe suite which comprised of a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - it is large, spacious, extremely clean - a perfect room.
2) We were not meant to be able to check in until after 2pm but arriving at 7am we were allowed to pay for a breakfast and then check into the room at 8a
