  Very spacious, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was wonderful. It was so nice to be able to spread out and work and relax after long days visiting factories. And the laundry room with the washer/dryer was an unexpected plus! I would definately stay here again! The staff was very helpful. - The staff was... hva folk sier » friendly and very helpful getting us around the area. The room was very comfortable with amazing views. We could spread our work out on the dining room table and relax in the living room with the TV. Also nice having a washer/dryer! I will always stay here while in Shenzhen.

  I was impressed, didn't expect too much from my usual experience with Chinese Hotels. One thing I know for sure after staying at the Somerset, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. This is a 4 starts hotel with a 5 stars service. Made feel home.
