We booked standard room with breakfast at the hotel. But on arrival got also complimentary coupons for lunches and dinners daily, and instead of standard room - wonderful suite. Daily we had new fruit basket in room. It is always possible to find at least one person at the reception, who speaks English (English in Kunming is not common). Personal is friendly and cooperative.
