The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. very good location, close to the fair - They knew it was my birthday and sent me a card! The chocolates, newspaper, free welcome drink... the small little things were nice touches. Outdoor swimming pool was lovely. Steam room worked well.

the reservation personel were very nice and did have one or two that understood English. the room was more than I expected it to be and for the price was also very good. not to far from the central part of town or train station. if I had another trip in time I would stay again.

The hotel is really good. We had free upgrade of a delux room to Diplomatic Suit. we were extremely happy. The room is hudge and nicely decorated. The views from the rooms are really nice.
