The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,
wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot

The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

The Ritz Toronto staff was like no other Ritz experience I have had. Their concierge club room offered top notch cuisine and service along with a breathtaking view of the CN tower. -

I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. Anyway, it's the guest's choice to listen it or n

Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed
signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on
the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city
had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel
is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and
parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a
park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.
