  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed.   Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

The staff are wonderful, and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only cad$13.00!   Suite was spacious and as described on the site. Hotel was quiet and there was very little hallway noise or street noise. I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. I have to go back and even though this hotel was farther away than others I will probably return.   Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. Anyway, it's the guest's choice to listen it or n... vad folk säger » ot. To other visitors- be aware of the weekends parties at the hotel. It a little be croud there and the parking lot is really full- the problem to fi - Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

Was in town with teenage daughter to attend the Warped Tour early the ne - The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

  Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.
