The staff were incredible. The location superb and it was very quiet. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which was great for breakfast. This hotel will be renovating which can only improve it. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff very helpful and Friendly.
I would like to particularly mention Kristen who I found very professional and customer focused.
The room was comfortable, I would like to suggest you consider giving guests a choice of firm or soft pillows currently all the pillows are soft.

Excellent value, a wonderful surprise actually as we have not stayed in a BW Plus before. Magnificent beds, spacious room, great fridge, and fine breakfast. -

Room was great, breakfast country to the tee, and area picture perfect. We will come back, especially with the charming and respecting staff they seem to employ. The only thing lacking was a tv...but who has time with the host of charming places like Perth and Smith Falls nearby. -

Check in and check out was easy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet...did not hear any exterior noise from hallways or outside. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Location was close to city centre and lots of restaurants. Free parking. -

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

This was our first time visiting Niagara Falls and this was a great place to stay. Convenient location. Just a 10 minute walk to the Falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amy at the front desk was awesome! The room was big, very clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! -

Although I had a letsbookhotel.com reservation number the hotel did not have
it upon check-in. Fortunately, there were plenty of rooms available and
I was given a free upgrade. Even though the restaurant was empty my
prime rib arrived cold. I sent it back to be heated up and it came back
lukewarm and without the garlic mashed potatoes that went ba

doggy bag (at $22) for my dog. I will stick to the bar food next time. -
The staff where exception. We only stayed there because we were
visiting Buffalo for the day with friends. Now we will return for
another 2 days because we are visiting nol with family. It is cheaper
& quieter in Fort Erie
