I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff very helpful and Friendly.
I would like to particularly mention Kristen who I found very professional and customer focused.
The room was comfortable, I would like to suggest you consider giving guests a choice of firm or soft pillows currently all the pillows are soft.
The location was great for purchasing sundry items.

The location with a view over the Soo locks. Acrross from large shopping centre and the board walk along the water front.
It was a very nice facility. Very clean, good location, house keeper was a sweetie, front desk staff pleasant.
Staff were friendly and eager to help, free newspapers, comfortable
beds, excellent meals at the restaurant.
It was very relaxing, clean, great food and the service was excellent.
We liked the location and the facilities would superb.

The breakfast could be improved. Fruit selection was poor. I went down on the weekend at 9:30. They had run out of coffee and eggs and the sausage were cold. The server did not seem to care as they were closing at 10:00. She said something about not making another large pot of coffee at that time of the morning. Then don't offer breakfast to 10:00 a.m. People like to sleep in on the weekend. Friday morning's breakfast was fine.
Although espousing concerns about the environment (re-use room towels),
everything was plastic - glasses, cutlery at breakfast, dishes - hardly
eco friendly. Noticed most people took the ceramic coffee cups for
morning coffee.
We had no problems with our stay and would stay there again when in the Soo.
