  I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff very helpful and Friendly. I would like to particularly mention Kristen who I found very professional and customer focused. The room was comfortable, I would like to suggest you consider giving guests a choice of firm or soft pillows currently all the pillows are soft. Acrross from large shopping centre and the board walk along the water front.

  Check in and check out was easy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet...did not hear any exterior noise from hallways or outside. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Location was close to city centre and lots of restaurants.   The location to the event we wanted to attend was excellent. The location was easy to find and the parking lot was well lit. I was concerned about airport noise disturbing our sleep, but it was not an issue whatsoever.
