The staff were incredible. The location superb and it was very quiet. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which was great for breakfast. This hotel will be renovating which can only improve it. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again.

I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff very helpful and Friendly.
I would like to particularly mention Kristen who I found very professional and customer focused.
The room was comfortable, I would like to suggest you consider giving guests a choice of firm or soft pillows currently all the pillows are soft.

Lovely room with a very comfortable bed, and we were lucky to be overlooking a wooded area (rather than the car park and highway)

Excellent value, a wonderful surprise actually as we have not stayed in a BW Plus before. Magnificent beds, spacious room, great fridge, and fine breakfast. -

Room was great, breakfast country to the tee, and area picture perfect. We will come back, especially with the charming and respecting staff they seem to employ. The only thing lacking was a tv...but who has time with the host of charming places like Perth and Smith Falls nearby. -

The room was altogether lovely. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything felt new, including the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and free parking was convenient. Location was ideal for me as I was visiting family and this hotel was just a few blocks down the street from them. Would definitely stay there again, especially for the price special that was available during my visit.

Check in and check out was easy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet...did not hear any exterior noise from hallways or outside. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Location was close to city centre and lots of restaurants. Free parking. -

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

This was our first time visiting Niagara Falls and this was a great place to stay. Convenient location. Just a 10 minute walk to the Falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
