Hotel is small, more a B&B. Charming old house dating back to 1800's. Filled with Victoriana. Room was quite small with small bathroom, t.v., etc. But furnishings really interesting. Everything spotlessly clean and room comfortable. Very good and ample continental breakfast. Location very good for Dufferin Terrace, rue St. Louis and shops, restaurants, etc. They recommended Cafe de la Paix, 5 minutes' walk, very good.
Language no problem. Parking is offsite, 2-minute walk away.

The location is excellent, close to many of the sites that we wanted to see. Only 20 mins drive north of Quebec City. Large, clean room (we stayed in
the "Zen" room) with colour therapy jacuzzi tub.
Only a few mins drive to nearby microbrew/restaurant Pub Archibald (recommended by our host, and for good reason!), or Siberia Station Spa (hot/cold baths/saunas/hottubs).
House itself is right on Lac St Charles, with at least 5 single & double kayaks and canoes to use. Lake was glassy, quiet, and beautiful for paddling, though as it's the water supply for Quebec City,

Room was big, clean and I loved the all the details and loved put in the preparation of the room.
I totally recommend this B&B. If I ever come back to Quebec City, I will definitely stay here again. -

The host was amazing! She welcomed us in right away, helped us with parking, offered us something to drink, and gave us directions to where ever we wanted to go. She let us decide when we wanted to have breakfast and it was always ready at that time. Her breakfast were really good and healthy.
