  The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. I really loved the stay and my friends and I talked about going b... hva folk sier » ack. I also recommended to other people. - I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch with :( Fabulous Place !!   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  The hotel isn't too big, so we felt everything had a personal touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French.We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the friendly and efficient staff. I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!
