  We had a wonderful stay and we will definately go again. The staff were delightful and very helpful in assisting with any of our needs.While some of the staff were relatively new they still went out of their way to answer any of our questions and to assist us with finding different locations in the area.Our food was delicious and we enjoyed oursel... hva folk sier » ves immensly. We did our own little wine tour on the way out of Niagara on the Lake and met up with some wonderful people that introduced us to some o - Service was fantastic in every area - front desk, maintenance, outside patio, restaurant.   Excellent fitness facilities. Made use of the fitness classes along with gym. Locker room was clean and relaxing with available steam rooms and dry sauna. Location is 15mins from Niagara on the Lake and 15 mins to Niagara falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pretty garden with it Chef's section. Building design and architecture. Lots of parking. Outstanding and sophisticated GYM. Enjoyable time at dinner in the PLAY. Very comfortable and inviting beds.   Love that there were oranges and bottled water on a table with napkins and a knife for your oranges, in the room. Love that someone came personally and told us what was happening there that night and if we needed them to book anything for us, and gave me a rose. Will definitely be back only for a longer time. This is an awesome hotel, and truly loved i - We loved the charming Victorian feel and the gorgeous Christmas decorations. The dining experience was delightful both for dinner and breakfast. Our room was beautiful and they even upgraded us because it was our anniversary celebration. The pool area was also beautifully decorated and the water temp was perfect. It was so nice to be right in the center of the lovely town as well and therefore we could walk to everything.
