  We had a wonderful stay and we will definately go again. The staff were delightful and very helpful in assisting with any of our needs.While some of the staff were relatively new they still went out of their way to answer any of our questions and to assist us with finding different locations in the area.Our food was delicious and we enjoyed oursel... wat mensen zeggen » ves immensly. Location is 15mins from Niagara on the Lake and 15 mins to Niagara falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful.   Love that there were oranges and bottled water on a table with napkins and a knife for your oranges, in the room. Love that someone came personally and told us what was happening there that night and if we needed them to book anything for us, and gave me a rose. Love that when we were in our room it was quiet, never heard any sound at all from the... wat mensen zeggen » hallway, or next rooms. Love that the staff was the best. Will definitely be back only for a longer time. This is an awesome hotel, and truly loved i - We loved the charming Victorian feel and the gorgeous Christmas decorations. The dining experience was delightful both for dinner and breakfast. Our room was beautiful and they even upgraded us because it was our anniversary celebration. The pool area was also beautifully decorated and the water temp was perfect. It was so nice to be right in the center of the lovely town as well and therefore we could walk to everything.
