Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy. All the staff were polite, friendly, helpful, all could speak and understand English and Russian language. Ideal location for central beach, bars, pubs and other attractions. Free car parking on site. -
Staff are very friendly and kind. Room was very clean (cleaning every day and changing sheet every other day) Nice view and really close to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel's place in centre but not noisy. In downstairs has a restaurant and have a special discount for hotel's guests. Foods are so fresh and tasty. Hightly recommended this hotel and you should taste the delicious frappe :)

We liked almost everything in our apartment at Kaya. We had 2 spacious rooms, well furnished, a large terrace with view on the beach and Nessebar. The location is in the midst of the resort. Building managers are friendly and open, literally and figuratively until late for any problems of the tourists. -

The Hotel is realy close to the beach, and to the night life. The pool is great and big enough, there is a pool bar. We had only breakfast, we were satisfied with the supply, they were continually filled up. The receptionists were nice and helpful, they spoke english. -
