  This hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Sunny beach. The value for money could not have been better. The room was large, simple and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked well. The room had a nice terrace which over looked the lush green beautiful garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool area was nice and part of a ... wat mensen zeggen » pretty green garden - we really couldn't have picked a better place. Breakfast was included in our package and was great. All the basics were there an - Nice hotel, with clean rooms, especially the swimming pool area is great. Will most probably return.

  Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy. All the staff were polite, friendly, helpful, all could speak and understand English and Russian language. The room was comfortable, a decent size, clean and met our needs. TV, Air-conditioner and free Wi-Fi. Ideal location for central beach, bars, pubs and other attractions. Free car parking on site. - Staff are very friendly and kind. Room was very clean (cleaning every day and changing sheet every other day) Nice view and really close to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel's place in centre but not noisy. In downstairs has a restaurant and have a special discount for hotel's guests. Foods are so fresh and tasty. Hightly recommended this hotel and you should taste the delicious frappe :)

  We liked almost everything in our apartment at Kaya. We had 2 spacious rooms, well furnished, a large terrace with view on the beach and Nessebar. The location is in the midst of the resort. Building managers are friendly and open, literally and figuratively until late for any problems of the tourists. - This is our second time at Kaya Apartments... wat mensen zeggen » .   Voldeed aan onze verwachringen - The Hotel is realy close to the beach, and to the night life. The pool is great and big enough, there is a pool bar. We had only breakfast, we were satisfied with the supply, they were continually filled up. The receptionists were nice and helpful, they spoke english. - Nearly all the basics of a hotel were avail... wat mensen zeggen » able. I liked the pool area, the staff tried to be helpful even if their english wasn't perfect. All in all it's a good experience for the price.
