Yordan, the owner, was extremely helpful in every way possible! He was a
great host! I was very happy that he picked me up at the airport since
taxis there can often overcharge tourists.The facility was very clean
and comfortable. While not in the city center, it was easy to get there
by a trolley bus. It's located in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I
was very happy with this Guest House and highly recommend it for anyone
looking for budget accommodations in Sofia! -
It was a perfect guest house for our last night before flying home!
Close to the airport, so we didn't need to drive anymore with our
car into the centre of the city. There is a nice garden, where we could
stay and relax. The owner was very warm and kind, offered us some wine -
so we didn't have to go to the supermarket - and we had a nice talk
with him in the garden. The guest house is as descriped in letsbookhotel.com,
so we got what we expected and were happy!

Don't think that it is far away from the city. It's just 10 mins. away from the city center(by taxi 8 lev). And sofia is so tiny, you can go anywhere by taxi just in few minutes and maximum cost is 15 lev. Hotel is very close the airport. By taxi 4 lev. and 5 minutes. Hotel is brand-new. Very clean.
