  This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and still we can't find any fault with it. Staff are extremely friendly even at 3 am in the morning they simply can't do enough for you.   Very well decorated and spacious appartment. Located close to the airport and relatively close to the city center. The Arena Armeec is on walking distance (we booked the appartment for the asot600 event in Arena Armeec). There is a mall with a supermarket just underneath the appartment for all daily groceries. The driver and Nexus Manager Johan was very - Very modern, comfortable, clean and sufficient in all regards. I very much enjoyed the decor and the comprehensive facilities. Situated in a de luxe building close to shops, bars and restaurants and with good public transport access to the city centre. The staff were extremely considerate and kind. They even did my laundry at no extra charge. I would certainly stay there again when visiting Sofia.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very frindly and helpful, the chef great, Belgian beer had the right temperature, the breakfest next morning delicious.   Everything was new: the furniture, the bathroom..the kitchen. Not in the centre but close to Tsarigradsko shosse..one of the main city' s arthery. A mini shopping mall beneath the apartments. A few tram stops nearby taking you shortly to the centre of Sofia. Definitely, my first stay in Sofia out of the centre, and definitely the best one. It was even better than the rooms of many 4 star hotels in London.The staff was extremely polite and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful.
