  The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle running every 20 minutes from 6 am to midnight met our needs. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided much variety, including a waffles/tapioca/omelet station. The pool was large ... hva folk sier » and relaxing. We were given late check-out at no charge, as we flew late in the evening. The lobby is spacious and relaxing. - Facilities are excellent. Hotel location is good for passengers, like myself, transiting in Sao Paulo for long hours. The hotel provides with all the necessary facilities to passengers on transit e.g. early check-in, free shuttle to the airport, etc.
