The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle running every 20 minutes from 6 am to midnight met our needs. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided much variety, including a waffles/tapioca/omelet station. The pool was large and relaxing. We were given late check-out at no charge, as we flew late in the evening. The lobby is spacious and relaxing.
alle vurderinger » Facilities are excellent. Hotel location is good for passengers, like myself, transiting in Sao Paulo for long hours. The hotel provides with all the necessary facilities to passengers on transit e.g. early check-in, free shuttle to the airport, etc. very comfortable bed-- important after being on a long flight! great coffee shop in lobby with marvellous selection of food. Really nice pool area with very good waiter service exceptional checkin--speedy , friendly and all speaking English. I was in transit between Sao Paulo and Salvador. The hotel is really well situated for Garulhos airport and has a shuttle every 20 minutes. Back there again tonight in transit to London. excellent place for business trip good connection to airport and to the fair trade location gym excellent with wi-fi connection on treadmills good value for the money. Shuttle service from airport needs a better sign at the pickup point. Free Internet only at reception. You have to pay for it in the rooms. For the money that you pay the internet must be free, but it isn't. You have to pay a fee if you want to use internet in your room. Not a dislike but something to be noted. Although the staff speak reasonable English and you will be understood as soon as you move outside the hotel you will have difficulty communicating unless you speak Portugese. No where to go around the hotel. Expensive for very simple hotel. Pay for value is poor.
