  The hotel is near the Mechelen Catedral, a very good place if you are interested in knowing the city. The staff was kind to do our check-in after midnight despite of the booking said it was until 23:00. Nice place. - The location is really great, the historical centre and the shopping district is just minutes away from the hotel.   We liked the friendly, helpful staff and the lovely room on which we got a really good last minute deal. Impressed that there was actually tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
