The room was wonderful, really comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, the living room was big, and even had a nice little kitchen with sink, coffee maker(Nespresso), fridge and table and chairs. The owner brings your breakfast every morning, and carries your bags up and downstairs for you! Our room was on the 4th floor, european stairs... but not a problem at all! Fantastic African themed B&B. Just two rooms and ours (Stanley) was beautifully finished and decorated with lots of wow elements such as a feather light shade. Bath room was huge with a big old fashioned bath and shower. Great value.
Hosts were friendly, welcoming and really helpful with new ideas about where to go in Antwerp.

Our hosts were wonderful. We arrived quite early and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Our rom was spacious and decorated with antiquities from Africa. Very unusual, but beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The central location as well as the assiatance with the parking.
With a right hand drive car on the continent the helpfulness of the parking gent and the property owner in getting out of the car park was most appreciated.
With the accomodation being centrally located access to the city was excellent on foot.
It was confortable and the idea that some items would be already in the fridge and some tea/coffee being available was excellent.

I cannot rate or reccommend Aplace, Antwerp highly enough. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!
