Very friendly staff indeed! - Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Good sized quiet room

Extremely friendly staff. We didn't arrive until 0100 and the staff were extremely accomodating, arranging for someone to be there to let us in and show us to our room. Room was clean and in very accessible area. Breakfast was good. - Friendliness of staff and location

The location is excellent when you travel by train or bus and have business to do in Leuven
The rooms are clean, a lot of space, excellent bathroom.

The admosphere is a bit 'maigret'like, also because on the floor there is a cafe and the square outside is full of busy terraces. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.

Ik vond het een super hotel. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.
