The location is excellent. I brought a relative to Leuven while I worked and this is a perfect place to stay. It is on a square of restaurants, across the street from the train/bus stations, and with a pedestrian walk around the far side of the building towards the incredibly beautiful centre of town . We had the corner room on the 1rst floor with

Leuven is a university town it is filled with restaurants, young people and energy. -
The location is excellent when you travel by train or bus and have business to do in Leuven
The rooms are clean, a lot of space, excellent bathroom.
breakfast is good.
The admosphere is a bit 'maigret'like, also because on the floor there is a cafe and the square outside is full of busy terraces. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.
