  Extremely efficient - we arrived late on a Sunday and everything was laid out at reception ready for us - just pick up the key and go to the room!!!! Marvellous. The Hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, just puuuurrrfect.   Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Food was excellant quality, staff helpful and friendly. The hotel as a whole was very clean and centrally located for the Menin gate, Grote Market and of course for visiting the many WW1 cemetaries. Ideal for a disabled traveller. - Friendliness of staff.
