The staff were exceptionally knowledgable, pleased to help with grace and delight. The hotel is an obviously interesting old building which had been wonderfully kept, clean comfortable and cool in the heat, the high ceilings were a boon. Breakfast was delicious constant fresh supplies were brought in for me the best- great coffee! We had rooms facing the road and were surprised that there was no noise issue to disturb us. Great value.

Chris, Sascia and all their staff were very welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble. looking forward to see what the do with the Hotel O their plans sound exciting. the location is just of the main square so you don't have far to travel to the key sites. we love Ypre and everything it has to offer and this hotel is central for all of it. -

On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including arranging a battlefield tour for us. We had a substancial breakfast each morning which set us up for the day. The hotel was just a ten minute walk from the station and about the same to the city centre. Hoping to pay another visit in September.

with excellent shower. Breakfast was continental, boil your own eggs,
cereals, juice, cold meats and cheese with fresh bread and each table
had its own bowl of fresh bread rolls and pastries. Very nice and as
substantial as you want it to be. There was a bar area but so close to
the town centre there are many restaurants and bars to spend time in so
I never saw anyone using it although it was possible. Also no evening

The location was excellent just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ypres. The room was luxurious and well equipped; there were also tea and coffee making facilities. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and gave us some good information about where to go and what to see, useful and important when you're only staying for one night! Breakfast was huge - cracking quality and a good opportunity to meet fellow guests.
